I have been playing horn professionally for a long time and have been able to help my colleagues with their many challenges. Sitting in the back of the orchestra has afforded me a good opportunity to study playing positions. My studies of massage and Ortho-Bionomy® have led me to solutions to keeping colleagues healthy in the face of overwork and stress.
